US DOT Truck Decals, Vinyl & Business Signs in Melrose Park

Melrose Park's North Avenue corridor runs on food distribution and manufacturing, and the trucks serving it need door markings that survive the miles. We cut US DOT and MC decals, GVWR, trailer numbers and magnetic signs from outdoor-grade vinyl, most sets ready the same day.

Your sign company, right down the road from Melrose Park

Melrose Park keeps a working industrial base along North Avenue and Mannheim Road, the kind of place where a truck is a tool and downtime is the only real cost. About half an hour southeast of us — same-day US DOT and MC decals, GVWR lettering, and magnetic signs for the trucks that move between jobs and owners.

Melrose Park truck decal FAQs

Our reefer boxes get pressure-washed almost daily. Will cut vinyl survive that?
It will, with one habit: keep the wand off the edges. Cast vinyl handles the water and the detergent fine, but a narrow jet aimed straight at the edge of a letter will work under it, and once an edge lifts the rest follows. Hitting the panel at an angle from a foot or two back is enough to keep a set alive for years of washdowns.
Can you cut the big unit numbers for the nose and rear of a trailer, not just the doors?
Yes. Those are usually much larger than the door numbers and are worth doing right, because a dispatcher reading a trailer number across a yard is the whole point of them. Tell us the reading distance you need and we size the digits to it.
A number on one of our trailers is half peeled. Do you fix that one or redo the whole panel?
We cut the piece that failed. There is no reason to strip a panel that is doing its job — a single peeled digit gets removed and replaced, and if the surrounding vinyl has faded enough that a fresh piece would look obviously newer, we will say so before you pay for the mismatch.
