These terms cover using truckersigns.com and ordering from Trucker Signs (Tires FX Inc.), 5100 Newport Dr #9, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
Quotes and orders
A quote is an estimate based on what you told us, and it becomes an order when we confirm it with you. You approve the text, numbers and layout before we cut or print — check them carefully: we cut exactly what was approved, and a USDOT or MC number is your number, not ours to verify.
Most vinyl work is finished the same day. That is our normal pace, not a contractual guarantee — complex jobs, material stock and workload can move a pickup time. If timing is critical, say so when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Custom products
Nearly everything we make is cut or printed to order for your vehicle or your business, so it cannot go back on a shelf. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as you notice — bring it in or send a photo — and we will look at it and work it out with you. If the error is ours against the approved proof, we will make it right.
The online store
Store prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. If a listed price or description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid.
The guides are not legal advice
Our articles about USDOT numbers, markings, placards and related rules are general information, researched against the primary sources we cite. They are not legal advice, and reading them does not create any professional relationship. Regulations change and enforcement varies — confirm current requirements with FMCSA, the Illinois Commerce Commission or the relevant agency before acting, especially where a citation or fine is at stake.
Site content
The text, photos and artwork on this site belong to Trucker Signs or their respective owners. Quote it with attribution; do not scrape it wholesale into a competing catalog. Artwork you send us for your order remains yours — we use it only to produce your job.
Liability
To the extent Illinois law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for fines, downtime or other indirect losses — compliance with carrier regulations remains the carrier’s responsibility.
